Our boxing class is no longer available.

MMA is a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques from a mixture of martial arts traditions and non traditions to be used in competitions.  The rules allow the use of striking and grappling techniques both while standing and on the ground.

*NOTE - We do not use full contact in training classes.*

The POUND is the Official Brazilian Top Team Cape Cod school.  We follow the BTT Curriculum and ranking system.  Our belt promotions are given by Joao Amaral, Head of BTT USA.
BJJ is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and ground fighting.   The goal is to gain a dominant position and use techniques such as armlocks, leglocks and chokes to force an opponent to submit.  It promotes the principal that a smaller weaker person using leverage and proper technique can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger assailant.

Also known as Thai Boxing, this is the national sport of Thailand.  It was borne out of reality combat with the use of knees, elbows, kicks and punches.  It is a professional and amateur sport as well as a martial art, aerobic fitness program and a form of self defense.
