Adults don’t quit training because they’re weak.

“Such a welcoming community.”

The pound is a great martial arts center for kids. My daughter's have been going for 6 years now. Such a welcoming community. They have built confidence, leadership skills, learning self defense and so much more. All while being part of such a supportive team. We highly recommend the pound!

“It’s so much more than self defense!”

There is no doubt in my mind that this program instilled these qualities in her. The teachers, and fellow students that took her under their wing. The leadership lessons and how to be resilient and respectful. It’s so much more than self defense, and knowing she has that skill too as a young woman is priceless!

 — Cindy H.

“And they also do fun stuff with the community too!”

The instructors are amazing and the kids really have a good time while learning Respect and Confidence as well as many other skills! There are classes offered for all ages! And they also do fun stuff with the community too!
